1 glass white rice.
Half cup grated coconut or dried coconut.
1 spoon urad dal
1 cup cooked rice
Put all together in a blender n make fine medium thick batter.
Add roasted 1 1/2 spoon boiled semolina / rava (optional).
Dissolve 6/7 balls of yeast in Luke warm water n put sugar n salt n mix well…
Keep it for rest. 10/8 hours..
After fermenting it will be ready to use.
Batter should b medium thick..
