Scrambled Egg with Spinach



Pink salt-As per your taste

Grounded Pepper-1 Table spoon

Coconut Oil-1 Table spoon

Baby spinach-2 cup

Parmesan-1-2 table spoon


Whisk eggs in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper and set aside. Heat oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium. Add spinach and cook, tossing, until wilted, about 1 minute. Add eggs; cook, stirring occasionally, until just set, about 1 minute. Stir in Parmesan.

Bullet Coffee


1. Coffee Decoction – 30 ml (more if you prefer your coffee stronger)

2. You can also use instant coffee without chicory.

3. Coconut Oil 1 teaspoon / butter 100 gm

4. Stevia/Erythritol – Optional

Let us bring it up all together:

Bring water to boil and make the coffee fist. Add in the rest ingredients and stir well. One can also use a hand blender or coffee mixer machine to prepare a more tastier butter coffee.
