Soya Balls Manchurian Using Indian Masala

Ingredients

Soya chunks – 100g

Oil – To fry

Ginger and garlic (paste, also sliced)- 1 1/2 Tablespoon

Onion(Sliced)- 1 Cup

Tomato (Sliced) -1 Cup

Salt – As per requirement

Corn flour -2 Teaspoon

Rice flour – 1/2 Cup

Squeezed lemon- 1 Tablespoon

Soya sauce – 2 Tablespoon

Tomato puree – 2 Cup

Coriander leaves – As per requirement

Red chili powder – 1 Teaspoon

Fenugreek- 1 Teaspoon

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1 Teaspoon

Preparation

First, you need to boil the soya chunks water and salt in it, then dry them and place them separately in a bowl, Once the soya chunks are dried marinade them with ginger paste, garlic paste, 2 tablespoons cornflour, rice flour, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste, combine the mixture with water and set it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the soya chunks until it become dry. Please set it aside.

Now we can prepare the gravy for the Manchurian, For that take a pan with deep bottom and add 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil in it once it becomes hot add sliced ginger and garlic, Onion, tomato, fenugreek, and sauté it for a few minutes. Once the sauté is done add Soya sauce, Tomato puree, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, salt and mix it well, Now take 1 1/2 tablespoon of cornflour and stir it well add to the gravy, also add squeezed lemon, or instead of that you can add vinegar cook it for 5-6 minutes then add the soya chunks and cook it for another 5-6 minutes, Lat adds coriander leaves and serve it in a bowl.
