TOMATO CHUTNEY KERALA STYLE

Ingredients required

Tomato-1

Garlic -3 nos

Ginger -1/4 tsp

small onions-3 Nos

Green Chili -1

Chili powder -1 tbsp

Turmeric powder -1 / 2 tbsp

Mustard – as needed

Water – as needed

Coconut oil – as needed

Curry leaves – as needed

Salt – to taste

How to make it

Heat a pan and add some coconut oil. When the oil is hot, fry the garlic, ginger, small onion and green chilies. When the color changes, , add the tomatoes and fry. When the tomatoes raw smell goes, add the turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt and fry again. put down the pan from the gas.  After 2 minutes, grind the mixture in mixer grinder. Then add roasted mustard and curry leaves.

KERALA STYLE BEANS UPPERI

Items required

Beans -100 g

Green chillies-2

Coconut Shredded -1/4 cup

Mustard -1/4 tsp

Curry leaves – as required

Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp

Salt – as needed

Coconut oil-on-demand

Water – as needed

How to make

Take the beans in a bowl and add green chillies, turmeric powder and salt. Then heat the pan, Add mustard seeds and stir well. Then add the beans that were added earlier in the bowl, stir one and pour some water into if. After some time, when the beans are cooked, add the shredded coconut and curry leaves. After 2 minutes, add the coconut oil and remove from the Gas.
