WHEAT DOSA BENEFITS

EGG WHEAT DOSA

Egg wheat dosa is one of the best varieties of wheat dosa. Egg wheat dosa also called as egg wheat pancakes. In this recipe the wheat flour is combined with eggs.Egg wheat flour dosa recipe  is one of the wheat dosa recipe famous among people who are undergoing diet.Wheat flour is having somany benefits and eggs benefits are ton so if we combine two of the nutritious products then the benefits will be very high.

Ingredients
1.Wheat -2 Table spoon
2.Egg-1 No
3.Onion(Chopped)-1 No
4.Water-Accordingly
5.Salt-Accordingly
6.Coconut oil-1 teaspoon

How to prepare it
Bring 1-5 ingredients together. Heat a pan and apply Coconut oil.
Cover the pan for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, open the pan and transfer the cake to another bowl.

TOMATO CHUTNEY KERALA STYLE

Ingredients required

Tomato-1

Garlic -3 nos

Ginger -1/4 tsp

small onions-3 Nos

Green Chili -1

Chili powder -1 tbsp

Turmeric powder -1 / 2 tbsp

Mustard – as needed

Water – as needed

Coconut oil – as needed

Curry leaves – as needed

Salt – to taste

How to make it

Heat a pan and add some coconut oil. When the oil is hot, fry the garlic, ginger, small onion and green chilies. When the color changes, , add the tomatoes and fry. When the tomatoes raw smell goes, add the turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt and fry again. put down the pan from the gas.  After 2 minutes, grind the mixture in mixer grinder. Then add roasted mustard and curry leaves.
