Healthy Mix Vegetable Salad


Curd – 2 cup ( Not sour)

Black pepper powder – 1 Teaspoon

Methi Powder – 1 pinch

Salt – as per taste

Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Carrat Grated – 1 no

Salad Cucumber Grated – 1

Tomato grated  – 1

Onion Chopped – 1

Preparation Method:

Beat curd in a bowl, mix black pepper powder,salt, Sugar, and add grated carrot, cucumber, and tomato into curd. Finally add the chopped onion. This salad has all ingredients for health eye sight and healthy stomach too. Include this salad regularly in your diet to detoxify your body.
